SHIPPING
We do not ship any liquids or gases via air freight (paint, spray cans, cleaners, stains, etc.) Items not fitting this criteria can be shippied via Air Freight. Flammable and combustible products cannot be shipped via UPS or Fed-Ex Ground Service. Paint and other chemicals are shipped via ground only.
SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER BASED ON WHATEVER THE ACTUAL COST IS.
SPECIAL ORDERS
While we offer more than 12,000 items from our warehouse, we do not stock all items from all manufacturers. If you require an item that we do not have we will be happy to place a special order (NO SPECIAL ORDER FEES) from the manufacturer. RETURNS
We will be happy to assist you in returning merchandise, as long as the merchandise is in resalable condition. (A 20% restocking fee may apply) In the event of defective or warranty issue items, please contact our customer service department at sales@283yellow.com or (269) 934-0166 for prompt free replacement. This does not include CUSTOM color orders or some special orders items.

WARRANTY
We recognize the manufacturer's warranty as is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and any other representation or obligations, including liability for indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages. This limitation of warranty and liability supersedes all prior representations or warranties of any kind.
